Modern & Relax Apartment in Estepona, Perfect for Families

Nice and clean apartment with all comforts, at walking distance from the beach. Plenty of parking space. The area is quite and there are no noises around. We and the kids enjoyed much also the swimming pool with a nice area to tan and a comfortable sofa under the wooden roof to protect when you need some shadow. Owner Luis is always available to make your life easy and provide suggestions, he was a discreet presence around us. We couldn’t ask for more, we will be back!

Honestly it is one of the few times when we really do not have complaints on anything!

Luis & Lola met us at the property to handover keys and introduce themselves which was great. The property was modern, spacious and immaculately presented throughout with a private courtyard as well as the use of the larger garden and pool with stunning views out over Estepona. The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach, port and town centre. Luis & Lola are superb hosts and were extremely kind and helpful throughout our trip and were on hand at all times to ensure we had a great stay. We would highly recommend this renting this property

This basement apartment was immaculate and quite new. Good facilities such as laundry, kitchen, air con and heating, tv etc. The area was quiet and with free parking outside on the road. We briefly met the hosts who were charming and offered help if needed. There is a private pool open to use anytime, with a pergola, sunbeds and amazing views over to Gibraltar and Africa.

Water temperature of the pool. I did not use this facility as much as I would have wished being very cold. If it could have been warmed a few degrees (even for a cost supplement) I would rate this facility 10. A car is needed as the nearest shops and restaurants are about a mile away.
