Dúplex con vistas al mar,cerca de playa y puerto

We loved the two outdoor spaces, the views, short walk to the sheltered beach, bars, restaurants and easy parking at the duplex

It has good views and is a 20 min walk to the marina

The host is very aggressive and rude. He has put the rules of the property in the host section and not the property section so it’s only after you book you realise. He also expects you to send your passport ID in advance via WhatsApp. When I asked how he manages this data for protection of clients, he had no response. No GDPR policy. Booking.com requested we email our IDs via the platform but that didn’t work. When I advised the host immediately after we left that there is an ant infestation in the upstairs bathroom and that the neighbours next door are frequent drug users and to just make him aware out of courtesy. His response was to send some random and obscure video claiming that we have walked on a pipe that is an air con pipe and damaged it. I reported his attempt to black mail me to Booking.com immediately. Furthermore the fact is that whilst we absolutely know this did not happen whilst in our care and we are not even sure where this is, this is a structural problem with his apartment, if a pipe is on the floor where people walk and it’s broken then it’s a health and safety concern that he needs to address and rectify. In 25 plus years of travelling all over the world regularly, using all manner of platforms and staying with so many hosts, I have never experienced anything like this. Other honest reflections on the property: - it has great views - it’s near the town centre but to walk it is very uphill and was very difficult with a stroller - air on is good but switches off every hour or so, and during the hot season, which for us was now, we had to keep waking up to turn it on as it was too hot without it on - they provide washing up liquid and shower gel, but remember to take shampoo and to use the dishwasher you must get your own tablets - absolutely nothing in the flat in terms of tea/ coffee etc - it could do with curtains, as the sun streams in and you can only use the metal shutters to deal with this, which is not easy to open and close.

Residencial location. Free parking outside the apartment. 10 minute walk to the beach. 20 minute walk to the harbour with bars/restaurants.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie war sehr geräumig, wunderschön hell, gut ausgestattet (zwei Bäder!) und die Küche war bestens bestückt, mit allen Geräten und Kochutensilien, die man braucht! Die Umgebung und die Wohnung selbst waren eine Oase der Ruhe, hier konnte man herrlich entspannen! Ein großes Plus waren die zwei Sonnenbalkone! Ein überdachter großer Balkon, vom Wohnzimmer ausgehend mit Blick aufs Meer und ein weiterer Balkon vom Schlafzimmer aus. Von beiden Balkonen hatte man einen wahnsinnig tollen Blick aufs Meer! Zum Strand kommt man in ca. 10 Minuten, der Hafen ist in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, der Küstenweg lässt sich ebenfalls schön genießen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert, freundlich und einwandfrei. Alles bestens!

Der Ausblick ist phantastisch.

Eigentlich nichts…

La vue mer depuis la terrasse est très agréable. Il y a aussi une deuxième petite terrasse avec une vue dégagée sur la mer. Proximité de la plage à 8 minutes de l appartement. On peut tout faire à pied et laisser la voiture au parking public à côté de l'appartement.

Quelques petits problèmes d'usure: literie assez bruyante, évacuation de l 'évier... La plage à côté n'est pas très facile d'accès car impossible de passer directement le long des immeubles en face.
