- Tolle Dachterasse - Schöne Inneneinrichtung - Lage Zentral zwischen Lübeck und Travemünde, man benötigt allerdings einen Pkw - Trotz Lage im Industriegebiet nicht allzu laute Umgebung - sehr beeindruckend, wenn die großen Fähren unmittelbar am Hauboot vorbeifahren
- Hausboot schlecht isoliert, heizt bei Sonne stark auf und kühlt in kalten Nächten sehr schell aus - entweder riecht die Trave oder das Abwassersystem minimal nach faulen Eiern
