    Regenta waterfront offers the best uphill view of the sea and I think it's the best in this stretch of Dapoli seashore. Food was good but bit overpriced and service was also good but a bit late than you'd expect. It was my anniversary and they made it special with few complimentary arrangements. The staff is very helping and humble. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Though all rooms provide sea view, better opt for a higher floor room with balcony to have the best view. The location of the hotel can make your special occasion even more special and memorable. Few points to improve are speeding up service requests, maintenance of indoor games area, smooth power back-up (transition), more options in lunch/dinner. Because of fewer guests they offered us fixed ala carte menu and served it in our room. So, we had limited options to choose from and they were costly as well. But the breakfast was excellent! Overall a great stay. Worth for the sea view it offers!!! Thanks, Team Regenta waterfront!

    Resort location is prime but cleanliness was not there. Very bad smell was around there during the stay. Thats why average experience not much satisfied
