    We booked 2 Sea view Rooms for 28 to 30 Aug. Few things to mention 1) Cleanliness was issue like all glass windows appeared not clean formlong time ,lobby and other place had slight stink,,seems off season may be reason. Upper floors were much better for sure. 2) Buffet break fast was average I had better spread of breakfast at same price in other star properties. 3) Buffet Dinner was bit let down for Non veg only 1 starter and 1 Chicken curry, 1 soup,No Biryani only veg pulav or steam rice option and Naan roti option.Ala carte lead time told to us was minimum 45 mins which was bit surprising so we had option to go for buffet.They sometime offer discount etc.. 4) No near by restaurant for good food option unless you have car can go for 4-5 km to have food. What is positive Great view from upper floors lobby level and 1 floor may not give you full view but good for family with kids who want to play around. Staff was excellent and accomodative for any requests , since I had 2 days booking I requested room change which was accepted by staff and thankful to them. Huge Deck with again great view of arabian sea Harne Port and suvarndurg fort Infinity pool where you can have great time.

    Resort location is prime but cleanliness was not there. Very bad smell was around there during the stay. Thats why average experience not much satisfied
