I had big and heavy luggages but had no problem to get there by bus from SMN station. Also, it is in the walkable distance from everywhere. I stopped by the flat once or twice during the day to chill a little.
Nothing really. A bit of noise from the street through the vent hole, but the neighborhood is quite peaceful, so it was ok.

Lo stato generale dell'appartamento è ottimo essendo dotato di mobili ed elettrodomestici generalmente nuovi. Completo di cucina utilizzabile con relativi utensili ed accessori quali forno a microonde. La camera da letto era molto confortevole e silenziosa con TV a disposizione. Il bagno era dotato di sanitari molto ben tenuti e puliti e la doccia era molto accogliente. Molto apprezzata la presenza di sensori per gas (metano e CO2)
Scala condominiale un poco stretta e scomoda. Uno dei 4 fuochi della cucina a gas era bloccato, quindi non utilizzabile. Le finestre sono un po' datate ma questo potrebbe anche dipendere da dei vincoli architettonici imposti dal comune.
