La location est très bien équipée (frigo, plaques, tv, meubles de rangement, climatiseur, chauffage,etc.) La salle de bain est bien pensée malgré sa petite taille. La propriétaire est très agréable et à l’écoute du moindre souci. Literie agréable. Un petit espace bien pensé. Un accueil vraiment au top ! Très bon rapport qualité / prix
Le linge de lit (draps et oreillers) comportait des poils de chat. L’insonorisation avec le bruit de la rue malgré les double vitrages

Très bien équipé, bien situé et calme. La propriétaire est sympa et dynamique. Parking à 30m. Graçay ne manque pas de charme avec les charmants abords du Fouzon. Brocante / dépot-vente exceptionnel à 50m ! Restaurants sur place, mais aussi à Vatan, à 8km, qui offre des solutions de restauration sympas et peu onéreuses.
Je pense qu'il faut un peu éloigner le lit du mur (la demi marche peut surprendre).
