    tv not working , towel is old staff dont change towel for stays more than 1 day no bathroon carpet poor response from staff chair is dirty , sofa is old

    Our stay was extremely disappointing, and the condition of the accommodation was far below our expectations from its advertisement listed in Agoda. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues that made our experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. The air conditioning was not working properly and was leaking, which made the room uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with visible mold on the blinds, and the bidet was broken. The kitchen appliances were also not functioning properly, especially the water heater, which made basic daily needs inconvenient. On top of that, the washing machine had a terrible smell, making us question whether it was properly cleaned and maintained. The bedsheets also smelled as though they had not been freshly changed and may have been reused without proper washing. This was particularly concerning because cleanliness and hygiene should be basic standards for any accommodation. Overall, the property appeared poorly maintained, and the lack of cleanliness and functioning facilities made our stay a very unpleasant experience. We were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the condition of the unit. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained place, but unfortunately, that was not what we received. This stay was absolutely not worth the money. We would not recommend this accommodation to anyone unless the management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality of the property.
