Firstly, when we reached hotel manager cunningly said we will take you to different hotel because it was full he didn’t convey anything before we reached hotel or offered refund. Moreover tricked us forcefully to that another hotel where rooms were half sized to what we booked and bedsheets and all were dirty. The only good thing was he offered heater in one of the rooms and asa apology drop us to mandir himself. But the thing next day during breakfast in that hotel which was part of packages that restaurant ownerr intentionally delayed 40 mins and give just 2 parathas total to 3 ppl as if doing as favour while my parents are diabetic an aged above 65 kept waiting. We complaint to that original owner he tried to convince that breakfast guy but it was too late and we left.
Will suggest Agoda to not list of hotel owners overbooked it and then provide poor alternative accommodation to guests since we had to do Mandir darshan this didnt create any issue at that time.
But sorry we will never book this hotel and will give second thoughts to booking via agoda
