Parking and arriving for first timer is quite confusing..
but the room is beautiful and large in space..
the room is very comfort and the sofa is turn out to be a sofa bed..
lift quite long to que although they have 4 lift.. besides it have a walking distance mall...
overall this place is good for value for money

I stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed my stay. The room was exactly like the pictures and very clean and a nice size. Right next to a mall and a small market right outside the lobby that has everything you need along with many eateries close by. The mall also has a supermarket inside and other eateries. There was a 200RM deposit that I wasn’t aware of and they do not accept debit cards, only cash or credit card so plan for that. The cash was returned immediately at checkout with no issues but keep your receipt for it at check in. Facilities very secure. Housekeeping did not automatically come to clean my room but when I asked the front desk they came immediately and were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Poor hotel, Excellent staff equals 3 rating. Poor lighting in bathroom, no shower stall or curtain, stingy on clothes hangers, no laundry facilities or service, no work desk for computer. Had to buy shower mat for personal safety and light for bathroom.
