With all of the travelling we do, I have to share that this is the best hotel we have stayed in! Highly recommend it!

Do not be fooled by the photos or the 4-star rating! Our stay in the Executive Suite (booked for 3 adults and a child) was an absolute disaster from start to finish.
Misleading Rooms & Broken Beds: The room was advertised with two double beds. In reality, we got one proper bed and a tiny, broken sofa bed that couldn't fit an adult and a child in either length or width. The layout was also completely split into two sections, unlike what was shown online. When we asked to cancel due to these misrepresentations, we were told we'd lose all our money.
Appalling Housekeeping: Basic standards were ignored. Trash and dirty dishes were left uncollected, wet towels on the floor weren't replaced, toilet paper wasn't refilled, and rooms were routinely left uncleaned until late afternoon. We had to go to reception constantly just to ask for basics.
Terrible Service vs. Rude Staff: While Leonel at reception was empathetic and admitted our complaints were 100% justified, Beatriz was aggressive, rude, and hostile throughout our stay.
Electrical Malfunction: On our penultimate night at 10 PM, the smart lights got stuck on. With tired kids, they offered no real solution until a heated argument led them to shut off the circuit completely—forcing us to spend the night using phone flashlights to move around.
Empty Promises & Ghosting: The hotel manager personally admitted the failures and explicitly promised a full refund. However, after leaving, multiple emails and follow-ups were completely ignored. Total lack of accountability and terrible customer service.
This property operates well below hostel standards, let alone a 4-star hotel. Save your money and book elsewhere!
