We ended up staying a second night at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, we needed help communicating with the rental car company and they were great. The room was small but very clean had and everything we needed. Nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. Nice breakfast area with an outdoor sitting area. A nice small bar, comfortable lobby and good location, close enough but a bit away from the busiest area. Only suggestion is to have air conditioning on in room prior to guest arrival. The room was hot and it took a while to cool down.

Nice hotel great staff but not worth it for the price. The neighborhood is run down. The train station is close but uphill with bags is not as easy as it sounds. For $150 a night one would think they could at least include the breakfast buffet.

We booked the hotel for a night since we were arriving late by train. If you have a late arriving train or an early departure it is very convenient since it is close to Campanha station.
It looks like the hotel was recently renovated and there was still a weird smell around.
Does not look they thought about all the needed things since there were no hooks either for coats or for towels in the bathroom. And the room was pretty spacious so there was definitely enough space.
For us the night wasn't very good because the beds are just way too soft, I wasn't able to sleep at all. Reception then said it was the mattress topper so maybe something to ask them if you face the same issue.

Can’t understand how this Hotel gets a 4Star rating, absolutely Not recomendable !very disappointing!
