    The property is good and well maintained. Located inside the woods, it offers a very fresh and natural atmosphere. The waterfall flowing through the nearby rocks adds even more to the natural beauty of the place. Anyone planning to visit during nighttime is recommended to travel via the Nilambur route, as the road through Kakkadampoyil is in very poor condition with many sharp hairpin turns. It was quite a horrible experience for us.
