    ubject: Disappointing Experience: Poor Service and Substandard Facilities As an experienced traveler who has stayed at numerous resorts globally, I found my recent two-night family stay deeply disappointing. Despite the property's potential and scenic views, the execution of service and maintenance fell far below professional standards. Our experience began on a concerning note when we were greeted by staff members who were visibly intoxicated, with a strong odor of alcohol. Furthermore, while we specifically booked King-size rooms, we were provided with Queen-size beds that were uncomfortable for our needs. The initial two villas shown to us were uninhabitable due to a severe cockroach infestation and unpleasant odors in the restrooms. After rejecting these, we were moved to a third villa for the first night. Seeking a better experience, we paid an additional ₹3,400 to upgrade to a "Premium Villa" for the second night. Unfortunately, this was also equipped with a Queen bed, and the water heater was non-functional, forcing us to take cold showers. Pros: Beautiful mountain and hill views. Pleasant campfire and swimming pool facilities. Cons: Professionalism: Unprofessional behavior from staff (intoxication). Hygiene: Pest control issues (cockroaches) and poor restroom maintenance. Amenities: "King" rooms are actually Queen-size; no hot water available. Dining: No lunch or dinner available on-site; breakfast is outsourced/packaged; no tea or coffee service. Value: High price point that does not reflect the quality of service provided.

    This place has nice views and good spacious rooms. The exteriors are great. The place needs lots of improvement 1. Cleaner interiors, linen, towels and utensils 2. Better arrangement for electrical backup 3. Timely and better room service 4. Pool needs to be maintained better 4.

    Dazzle is one of the best villas providing a beautiful view and is serenely located. The staffs are too sweet. Totally recommended.

    Facility is very badly maintained with broken furnitures , really dirty sofa, seatings etc.. There is mold all over the wall and on the furnitures . Road to the resort is very bad for sedan .
