My experience in Movenpick was amazing but it was quite congested and I don’t know why but i feel like the whole big pepsi commercial over the windows make the view very unclear which is not good at all we cannot fully enjoy the mountains view because of that btw overall staff was amazing and helpful breakfast buffet was quite good although we can’t really say it as 6 stars yes but a very good 5 stars hotel

I went there with my wife and son! They gave us a great room. The experience was flawless. I mean there was nothing that could go wrong with the kind of room, the hospitality of the staff, amenities provided, facilities for money paid. Everything was simply designed in the perfect way. I would recommend it for staying with your family or friends or even for solo stay. Especially if you have any office work, get a junior suite room and you would love the stay. 9/10 because keep 1 mark to maintain the standard of excellence always!

During my stay I enjoyed my stay in the photo they advertised fruit basket. In my room whether I booked with them directly or through I was not given at all. Whereas, worldwide I always received super vip hospitality and amenities.
I noticed on social media guests from America and western countries that had white skin regardless of them having no status with Accor or given any amenities with any other hotels, that booked cheap rooms. They were given fruit basket, gifts, fresh juices, smoothies in the room, even given super vip hospitality. I was a returning guest neither time was I given this experience even paying for higher room valued. I will submit a complaint to Agoda this is not acceptable the should treat all guests fairly and equally. The staff working in restauant and executive were excellent but why should I have been treated inferior. Therefore, do they deserve any stars and to be calling themselves six star then it would be called Raffles not Movenpick and thats misleading as well as the photos. I was entitled to those amenities each time didn't receive them to appease others with cheap rooms is discrimination, fraud and deception.
