Access through the parking is a bit complicated if you are not already familiar with it.

The staff were very receptive and easy to communicate with. They were kind and courteous and committed to helping in any way they could.
Location is great - stepping out of the tower and walking to the mall next door takes around 10 secoonds! Easy to get in and out for parking.
The smaller bedroom was next to a type of utility room which was quite noisy but it wasn't a dealbreaker.
The elevators and part of the lobby dont have AC (or they were out of order, not sure).

Staff was cooperative.
I specifically asked for warm water before checking in or during booking, but that was not available.
Breakfast included, but they don't know how to cook and serve. Coffee was eww.
