The apartment was spacious and had a great view
The apartment hadn’t been checked before our arrival - on.y towels for one person and one half used toilet roll and no replacement. There was no hot water in the kitchen and the floors were dirty. The problems were resolved although the floors require a thorough clean,

Friendly staff, clean apartment, location
The second bedroom was next to the boiler room and was very loud. Had i been stayjng more than 1 night i would have asked to be moved

Staff was cooperative.
I specifically asked for warm water before checking in or during booking, but that was not available. Breakfast included, but they don't know how to cook and serve. Coffee was eww.
