It is a hostel but it was too chaotic to my liking.

In one word: Atrocious. Just - utterly terrible facilities, even for the cheap price. (You'll know why once you get there....)
In my room alone (female only - 6 bed): The sheets/insert were filthy, the pillow was limp/dirty and couldn't even maintain its shape, a window was broken and covered with plywood, the inside was scorching hot because it was randomly heated earlier/there were no fans despite it being one of the hottest days in London, and to top it off: unbearably cramped. The women were walking on top of each other. The length a person had to climb to reach the topmost bunk was also insane -- no one wanted to sleep there.
And the wifi? Nonexistent unless you're at reception. (Phones can't connect at all.) Outside that you get nothing or *very* few, specific websites... I've never seen the like.....
It just isn't worth it when you can get much better Quality for the same price - or a teensy bit more. Truly a shame for something that could've been an amazing accommodation with more love and effort put in.
