Everything was fine except some facilities like drinking water(they need to inform in advance that they need to buy drinking water from outside or if they want normal tap water but no information), Before confirming room to customers they should first check the whether they have kept towels, a small dustbins, toiletries or not, as they forgot to keep in our room). As they have mentioned in house breakfast but when i asked they mentioned no breakfast).
Room and bathroom was well cleaned and big. Most important, Sathish was quick to provide all necessaries things.
Location wise, it’s near to Botonical garden and located in quiet place. All necessary shops available nearby at a walkable distance.
And if you need scooter to roam around then ask owner or Sathish.

The entire property is part of a whole house. Only problem I faced was the sound from other people in the adjacent room is audible
