    Our stay at Venus Hotel, Ooty, from 1–5 June 2026 was very disappointing. The hotel appears to be poorly maintained. The door locks did not function properly, which raised concerns about safety and security. The windows also could not be locked properly. Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bed sheets appeared not to have been changed after the previous guests, as we found hair on the bed. The pillow covers were filthy, and the toilet was very dirty. Even the toilet doors would not close properly. Throughout our stay, we had the impression that the management was more focused on making money than on providing quality service and a comfortable experience for guests. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Venus Hotel to others.

    I booked this hotel for two days but we hesitated to stay in, because that room was not sound proof even next room door supposed to open we heard the sound clearly and also not cleaned the room daily basis even after informed them to clean and they forced us to take food in their own restaurant .They doesn't give drinking water also so we are disappointed They didn't give the dental kit also and camode was cracked in condition we don't know when it will break.It is not worth for money.

    Hot water availability for bathing is limited time which is horrible. Also vehicle parking is a major concern during weekends. Difficult to get your bike out of the parked vehicles. Staff is not even coming to help/resolve the issue. Too pathetic. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone
