Nice room with clear view and friendly care takers. And my children's enjoyed the location.

It was a wonderful trip overall. The room was good and the view was pleasant. However, the location may be a bit challenging for first-time visitors, as the resort is situated on a hilltop. Riding a bike up to the property is quite difficult due to the steep terrain.
Currently, some construction work is going on, and we had to climb around 126 steep steps to reach our room, which was tiring. That said, the management has future plans such as lift facilities and parking closer to the front desk, which would greatly improve convenience. A restaurant is also being constructed on the ground floor.
Most of the staff were fine, though one staff member behaved a bit rudely. The conversation was unnecessary and could have been handled more politely. I hope the management addresses this and ensures better communication going forward.
