Silent place. I floor terrace super Manager nice man. Car parking is good. Easy identify place in kodai.

Pros:
Good location & facilities
The hotel is right by the main road with easy access and plenty of parking. Lift facility was a big plus. Staff were very polite, kind, and friendly.
Hot water was available 24/7. Even during power cuts they turned on the generator, including for the lift which I really appreciated. At some budget hotels they just ask you to use the stairs, so this was thoughtful and considerate.
Cons:
Room condition needs attention
I understand this is a budget hotel, so expectations are basic. But the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and had a smell. I requested a change and the staff did help immediately with pillow covers, but they didn’t have extra bedsheets available to change.
The bed was just okay not too soft, not too firm. The room itself looked a bit old, and there were quite a few insects coming in from the window.
Overall:
This is a good option if you just need a convenient roadside stay within town, a place to sleep, get ready, and head out. Compared to other hotels on very steep roads in the area, the location here was much better and easier to access.
Would stay again for short/transit stays, but would love to see the room linen and maintenance improved.
