    The hotel is very well designed, very tasteful, clean and well located, walkable distance to shopping, old town, restaurants, beach. The location is top, room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and nice. I was pleasantly surprised, the value for money is great. For us it wasn’t an issue but for someone else it could be, the hotel is located in a third floor of a building with no elevator.

    I stayed here for two nights. Got an upgraded room and it was spacious! And very clean. Love the deco, modern and chic. The hotel location is perfect, with bus stops within 5 mins walk and so many nice restaurants and cafe nearby. Staff at the reception is amazing, and she gave the best local recommendations. I had a dinner and a brunch based on her advice, excellent food and vibe! Will stay again for sure. 位在市中心很時尚的飯店，我一個人獨旅也覺得安全，房間寬敞而且很乾淨。 附近很多公車站，去哪裡都很方便，餐廳和咖啡廳也很多，飯店櫃檯小姐很友善而且超會推薦吃的，我兩次都去她推薦的地方，都很喜歡！

    Unfortunately, I was unable to carry out my stay at Naomi Nice due to a family bereavement. I contacted Agoda and the property to explain the situation and they were not very compassionate. They were unable to offer a refund or a change of dates. I would have expected more compassion and understanding.

    The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with simple yet elegant finishing touches. The hotel’s location was ideal — perfectly situated near the shopping district, great restaurants, and the Promenade des Anglais. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant stay with nothing to fault.
