Swimming pool and that it was private property.

We had issues with water pressure in the shower, almost couldn’t take shower. Living room area wasn’t useable, sofa was old and dirty, we didn’t sit there. There need some refreshing. Also in my room I had old smell. It wasn’t worth this money.

The location was good, close to a nice restaurant and we got grabs around Uluwatu. The villa was big and spacious, the host was friendly.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working. Maintenance was sent to repair it, but they were unable to fix the issue, leaving us without air conditioning for the first night. The same room also had a severe mould and damp problem, with a very strong, unpleasant smell, and the wall above the bed was visibly flaking. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery. We used towels to dry the floor and left them there intentionally, yet housekeeping later placed these used towels back with the clean ones. This was unhygienic and concerning. To make matters worse, we found a set of false eyelashes on a towel and cigarette burns on the bed blanket, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the front door would not lock properly for a long time, and the key frequently became stuck, which raised serious security concerns. Overall, the villa is in clear need of renovation and does not justify the price we paid. When we arrived, there were four people inside the villa—the cleaner, her baby, and other family members—which was unexpected and uncomfortable. I attempted to raise these issues with management but received no response. Unfortunately, this lack of communication left me with no option but to write this review, as the condition of the villa significantly impacted our time in Uluwatu.
