Villa Domus 3 by BaliSuperHost

Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Very helpful staff.

Beds were too firm for us and stairs were not safe for children. But overall a fantastic villa. Kids loved the pool.

Location wise, it was pretty good.

Almost everything was not functioning properly. The pool was not at all inviting- it was dirty. The umbrella that we used to shelter ourselves to the front gate didn’t work; it flipped the other way round instead?! Water that came out from the shower/toilet on the first floor smelled like sewage, the drainage was choked so showering was quite a chore. Floors were clearly dusty and dirty. Utensils were rusted and discoloured. Drying racks were so dirty that when we wiped it down, our wipes turned black?? cabinets and shelves in the rooms were all dusty. Towels provided were so dirty and black; it was disgusting. Beach towels provided still had blood stains on it (??). The villa is nice aesthetically but the stay was just uncomfortable.
