    There were two receptionists during our stay—an Ethiopian lady and an Indian gentleman. I would like to highlight that the Ethiopian receptionist was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. She handled everything for us in a very professional and welcoming manner, and she truly made a positive difference in our experience. Unfortunately, the Indian receptionist was the complete opposite. He was very rude, woke me up early unnecessarily, and spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful tone over the phone. He even ended the call abruptly, which was quite disappointing and unacceptable. Regarding the rooms, cleanliness was a major issue. There were many cockroaches, and there was no proper room service available at all. Overall, my experience was very poor. If I had to rate this place out of 10, I would give it a 1—and that point is only for the excellent service provided by the Ethiopian receptionist. Apart from that, it was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in.
