The staff was very helpful, the hotel location is so good ,food everything was incredible except that if you are smokers,there no smoking rooms they will give you a room with balcony and you need to stay out all the time if you want to smoke and as you know dubai is hot !
Again the staff was very friendly and helpful specially the night shift.

Cozy hotel in a gorgeous area, only issue room a bit small
For people who got luggage and want to take metro, it is inconvenient as it is quiet far, have to take taxi al time

Location is really good, however service is poor , AC was not working well and refrigrator was also with issues. Receptionist informed that everythig is here self service. laguage they did not i had to carry laguage till the room four bags with family. however, while checking out they helped in laguage
