El personal de servicio es muy amable, la situación del hotel es muy buena.
Falta mucha limpieza, especialmente en el baño, que tiene moho. Las toallas que alguna vez fueron blancas ahora son grises.
Por ese precio creo que se pueden encontrar mejores opciones en Surabaya
