Very beautiful apartment. Nice to hang out for vacation. Amazing decorations. Even for a one room home is comfortable and quite spacy even for a couple. Really liked that the beach is 6 minutes away and the grocery store is 4 minutes away. Parking is free everywhere near the apartment except for the inner apartment yard. Just awesome. Neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Owner is helpful and instructions are really informative.
A minor little problem is that there is no air conditioning for the apartment and it gets quite hot in the morning at summer time because the windows are faced to east. But it is quite managable because opening the windows and balcony doors there is good ventilation and it cools down in the evening. Center is quite far away - 40mins by foot and 8 mins by car. But you do not lose too much because there are not a lot of thing to do there.

Fifth floor with no elevator. No conditioner in the summer will be the issue.
