Super location, 5 min walk to the park and sea, near shops and market, everything super clean and fresh, looks like on the photo
It was a bit noisy from trams with windows open, but that's the trade off for living in the old center

Kopumā atrašanās vieta ģeogrāfiski ļoti laba – 5 minūšu gājiens gan līdz pludmalei, piejūras parkam, gan pilsētas centram. Saimnieki sazvanīti bija laipni. Turpat blakus 2 pārtikas veikaliņi.
Nedarbojās vārtu atvēršanas pults, tādēļ iekļūt pie mājas esošajā stāvvietā nevarēja un auto bija jāatstāj citas ielas malā, kas savukārt apgrūtināja mantu nešanu. Ēka atrodas tieši pie tramvaja sliedēm, pretī pieturai. TV nedarbojās, bija problēmas ar kanalizācijas ūdens novadīšanu virtuves un vannas istabas izlietnēs.
