Property is located in a Soviet looking building, but the interior is neat and well stocked with cooking utensils, etc. We did the laundry, which was a very helpful thing in a long trip, and the host, despite not speaking any English, was very friendly and helpful and responsive.
It is a bit far from downtown, and is not as picturesque as the old Tsarist villas in the city, but it is close enough to the beach and excellent value for money.

Clean and cozy apartment, good location - 5 minutes walk to seacoast.
Equipped kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, and sweets for free. Clean and nice bathroom. Towels, hair dryers, and cosmetics are available.
Balcony with chairs and table, it was nice to drink coffee in the morning.
Wi-fi connection is very good.
Level of 4 stars hotel. Very helpfull owner. Recommended.
The socket in the bedroom is not very conveniently located, but there are sockets in another room. So, it is a minor note.
