Liepaja Garden Studio with Terrace

Although the studio is quite small, it is well planned and well equipped. It's neat and clean. The terrace is great to have if you travel with a pet. It can also be great space to relax in the evening if the weather is good (we were not lucky). The street outside is quite busy, but it was quiet during night time.

Some hooks or shelves would be great.

It is clean, has everything you might need. Location is great, next to the road but also peaceful.

No parking right next to the building but there is across the street.

Everything looks new. Very clean and cozy. Near city centre.

First and foremost thing to note is the awesome backyard space owners have set apart for the unit. Travelling with a dog it made all the difference compared to other places. The unit is really small, but the clever design makes it feel like a wholesome tiny house with a separate kitchen and bedroom. Bathroom was clean and stocked with shower gel and shampoo as well as a small medicine cabinet. Kitchen space featured a sink, a portable electric cooktop,a kettle, cookware and dishes and some condiments, coffee and tea. Extra nice touch was the pet bowl 😊 also there was a nice small sitting sofa, coat rack, standing fan, a small table and an extra chair. Bedroom equipped with a large double bed, a small rack/shelf for clothes and a nightstand.

Not really a minus or disadvantage, but just a thing to keep in mind - house is located directly on one of the busiest streets of Liepāja, so naturally there was some traffic noise coming in, but it subsided during the night and did not interfere with night's sleep as bedroom is tucked away behind the bathroom. Maybe a pit pricey for the size of the unit, but the private backyard space sure made up for it 👍🏼
