    Location is superb, hosts are very friendly, helpful. Breakfast is beautiful and delicious. They picked up my luggage from the carpark and helped to send back. They really helped! We had great chat. Highly recommended. Improvement is cleanliness of hotel, certain parts of the wall, under the bed still have dirt and web, sheets were smelly (sweat, body odour) due to smell from mattress and cover. Bathroom needs cleaning. Animals running between the roof and ceiling bothered our sleep at nights.

    The location is perfect and the room comes with everything like heating and breakfast but the best thing about this place is the service they provide. I stay in hotels at least 60 times a year but never ever had received such an amazing service. They will help you with transportation and carrying your luggage to anything you need. The staff is exceptionally friendly and kind. They helped me arranging everything and always stayed in contact via WeChat during my stay to make sure that everything is going well. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to see how real hospitality looks and feels like.
