The cleanliness and the location near to amenities and ancient market.
Difficult to find. Luckily there was a local to help call the staff and communicate in Chinese to fetch us.
Tip: take a cab and stop nearby your accommodation if unable to find and once reach communicate using wechat for yr whereabouts. Give the heads up abt you reaching

Our family of 5 had a great stay. The hotel is just outside of the old city but only 5 minute walk to the east gate. It felt easy to navigate the old town from there and great to be able to get to the quiet of the hotel afterwards. We had two beautiful rooms with high tech automated features. The rooms were very clean and linens, blankets and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was super attentive, accommodating and friendly. They gladly helped us make transportation arrangements at a fair price. They also have electric scooters for rent. Overall it was a great stay and we would be happy to return. Thank you!
