Die Lage war super. Man war schnell dort und schnell da. Fanden wir super weil bei den hohen Temperaturen niemand weit laufen wollte. Der Support und die Freundlichkeit des Tourist Office (angegebene Telefonnummer)waren großartig.

Das Badezimmer war gefühlt nicht wirklich sauber.Haare in der Dusche usw.....Aus der Waschmaschine hat es unangenehm gerochen. In der Kaffeemaschine und im Wasserkocher war noch Wasser drinnen. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Mikrowelle wäre super gewesen. Zuwenig Handtücher für 4 Personen. Es waren nur zwei Duschhandtücher da.

(English) ​Hello, ​I would like to leave you some feedback regarding my recent stay. Your accommodation has a great location and the rooms are a good, spacious size. I understand that accommodation prices in Croatia have generally gone up, but the price we paid was inadequate for the quality provided. I would therefore like to offer a few recommendations on what could be improved in the future so that the level of service matches the set price: ​Repair of technical details: None of the doors in the property – including the bathroom and the other two bedrooms – could be closed properly. The only way to keep them closed was to lock them completely. Also, the shower head was so clogged with limescale that it didn’t work. I had to clean it myself just to make it usable, but these are things the owner should take care of before the guests arrive. ​Quality of equipment and hygiene: The pillows were extremely uncomfortable (they felt like the cheapest ones on the market) and the towels smelled unpleasantly musty after getting damp for the first time. ​Basic amenities: There was not enough toilet paper in the restroom. I believe guests should not have to deal with a shortage and source their own paper right after the first day. ​Respecting check-out time: Although our departure was scheduled until 10:00, you knocked on our door at 9:30, which does not seem very professional and took away from the comfort of the stay. ​I trust you will take these points as constructive criticism that will help you improve your services for future guests so they leave fully satisfied. Svjestan sam da su cijene smještaja u Hrvatskoj općenito porasle, no cijena koju smo platili kod vas bila je neadekvatna s obzirom na pruženu kvalitetu.
