Inside property was clean and well maintained
Too many stray cats around to count. Owners must feed them and they’re everywhere.
We aren’t cat people and there were a lot of cats hanging around the property and lawn was full of cat droppings. This smelt and attracted many flies.

The owner contacted me to let me the know property was available earlier then check in. We had specific instructions to locate the key to unlock the door. All the facilities exceeded my expectations.

Facilities overall were very good though dated. Good well equipped kitchen and good showers.
Houses in Rotorua are not insulated. Our issue was not being cold, it was being too hot. The feeble air conditioner didn't have much impact. There were quite a few bugs outside so we struggled to sleep with hot bedrooms.
This could be a fantastic property if it had effective air-con and a deep clean.
