Our super clean cute 1950's retro style cottage is centrally located on the main road, 2 km (5mins) drive from the city, handy to many tourist attractions, conference venues and Rotorua hospital
Safe off street parking, bike storage.
Warm, comfy accommodation with heat pump/aircon in living area
Bedroom 1 with queen bed, bedroom 2 has two singles ( and can accommodate a portable cot for under 2 year olds). Portacot/highchair available on request
There's a range of convenience stores nearby. Stove, oven and microwave in the compact kitchen to prepare a meal or if you'd rather not cook, there are restaurants/takeaways within minutes.
Explore local thermal parks, hot pools, beautiful redwood walks. Enjoy dining at great restaurants and cafes just a short drive away.

Lovely place to stay with lots of character. Super warm and comfortable. Appreciated the treats on arrival and that breakfast was also included. Handy location to town and main sights. Highly recommend!

Kerry is a great host and communicator! Very much appreciated the breakfast and snack items she left for us. My nephew left his toiletry bag and we had already left when she discovered it. Kerry contacted other hosts and one from Taupo picked up and delivered my nephew’s item to our accommodation in Taupo!! How incredibly nice of her and the other host to bring it to us about 2 hrs away. We are very grateful for that kindness and that we got to meet Kerry. I had not been to Rotorua for 35 yrs, we enjoyed looking around and going to the Maori Village and cultural show, a highlight for sure! Thank you for hosting us and for making a lasting g impression on my 18 yr old nephew!
