Großes Wohnzimmer, ordentliche Küche, Blick auf den See, netter Vermieter Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer
Das Haus ist schlecht isoliert und liegt an einer ab 6h viel befahrenen Straße inkl. LKWs. Sehr laut! Unmöglich länger zu schlafen. Vorhänge dunkelten überhaupt nicht ab. Wohnzimmermöbel könnten mal erneuert werden. Nur rudimentäre Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Preis-/Leistung passt nicht.
