Perfect location, central to cafes/shops/bars/train station just 5-10 min wall. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and sofa. Well stocked kitchen, everything you need for a few nights stay. Very quiet at night, good security and felt safe. Friendly locals, small shop a few feet away where we could get milk/bread. Responsive and helpful host.
We booked taxis via booking.com. There are 2 Casa Catarinas in the area, make sure you tell the taxi company the apartment number and name of street or the cab may go to the wrong address!
The train line runs directly behind the house so it can be a little noisy but didn’t bother us.
