Great small house for a couple of nights stay. Great to have washing machine as we were traveling around the country. Quiet neighborhood and good parking spot right next to the house. Massive tv in the lounge room with access to lots of channels.
No real place to put clothes in second bedroom, it needs some shelves built in the alcove, lovely to have a large bed but hardly any room to move around it as it filled the whole space. Also very low to the ground and difficult to get up off if you were not fit.
A microwave in the kitchen would be a nice addition.

Cute property. Exactly like photos. 3 minute walk from an ancient forest.
Because it’s a new development google struggled to find it. Best found in daylight, but worth it.

Clean and easy access to keys
Rooms were on the smaller side, we had a toddler bed with us as my 18 month old still sleeps with us when away and that was a push to get in our room, usually a master bedroom is specious enough for the amount of money we paid.

Location perfect for visiting family & friends in Tiptree.
Would recommend a non slip shower mat.
