We stayed here with our friends. They were on the upper floor while we stayed on the ground floor, where the kitchen and sofa are located. We weren't disturbed at all and had a comfortable stay. The villa has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the showers are spacious, and there was always warm/hot water. The location is convenient, near Ariba beach, with several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good choice if you're looking to explore this part of Thassos (I prefer Prinos as it is cleaner).

Nothing significant, but the bedroom doors are a bit hard to close and tend to make quite a bit of noise. The area is currently quite dusty due to ongoing construction, and there was some noise in the mornings from a building site directly opposite the villa. Additional comments to my original review: I did not intend to mention the garbage collection issue in my review, but the owner's response has obliged me to clarify what actually happened. We had an unpleasant discussion regarding garbage collection. There is no trash bin at the property, and we were initially told to take our rubbish to a public bin on the street, which we found unreasonable for this type of accommodation. After some discussion, the owner eventually agreed to collect the garbage. Based on my experience, the owner did not react well to receiving a score below 10/10, and the tone of the response to my review reinforced that impression. Future guests should be aware that constructive feedback may not be received positively.

A new and clean house equipped with everything you might need, including a private barbeque! Air-conditioning in each room and in the corridors. Mosquito nets everywhere. Nice host that meets you in person.

The property is located in an area where several new houses were under construction as of September 2025. The noise didn’t bother us, as it was only during working hours, but you do get the sense of being in the middle of a building site. It’s also a bit sad to see yet another olive grove being urbanised. The closest beach is very busy and you need a car to go to further beaches.
