My wife and I visited the island with our own car. I hope this will be helpful, especially for those visiting Thassos for the first time. 1. Location of the Apartment When we arrived on the island by car, the apartment was only about a 4-minute drive away. - Dimitri is an absolutely wonderful person with great energy. He welcomed us warmly and supported us with every question or issue we had, from the first day until the last. He may be one of the most helpful people on the island. - Regarding parking, you can park your car directly in front of the apartment. We had no issues with parking or any risk of the car being towed. - One of the biggest advantages of the location is that some of the island’s most popular beaches, such as La Scala and Pachis Beach, are only about 10–15 minutes away by car. - The apartment is within walking distance of the town centre, and we didn’t use our car at all in the evenings. - Large supermarkets such as Lidl are only about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. You can easily buy some breakfast items there and have breakfast at the apartment before heading to the beach. 2. Apartment & Cleanliness - Internet: There is very strong Wi-Fi. - Everything you need for the kitchen, bathroom and balcony is already provided — pots, pans, plates, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, iron, towels, clothesline, etc. (There is no washing machine.) - The apartment is cleaned every day, which was a really nice benefit. 3. Food, Drinks & Entertainment - Most of the restaurants on the island, as well as their staff, are quite slow and relaxed when it comes to service. - Simi Restaurant and Namaste are definitely two of the best restaurants I can recommend. You should absolutely try both. (The service at Simi can be particularly slow.) The portions are very large, guys, so you can easily order one portion of each dish to share. Make sure to try the mixed seafood platter — it’s definitely worth having on the table.

My only negative comment about the apartment is the shower. There is no enclosed glass shower door, so quite a lot of water can splash onto the bathroom sink area while showering.

Çevresinde marketler olması güzeldi sabah kahvaltılık alıp balkonda kahvaltı keyfi yaptık. Oda temizdi her gün temizlendi. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık yine olsa yine burayı tercih ederim deriz

konumu çok iyi. çok temiz. her gün temizlik yapılıyor. havlular değiştiriliyor. mutfak malzemeleri, ocak, buzdolabı mevcut. klimalar verimli. 4 kişi çok rahat kalınır. biz 4 kişiydik. Sahibi Dimitris her konuda bize destek oldu. Çok memnun kaldık. Hatta bir gün erken dönmek zorunda kaldık.
