This is a great location, easy to check in and out. Great price for a bed and a shower- exactly what was needed.

The room is clean, and the kitchen and fridge are spacious. Location is great: the nearest bus stop is only a 2-minute walk, and the tram is also still within walking distance. Jim is really helpful. We had a booking issue on the first day of staying, but he solved it really quickly.
As it's shared space, we experienced loud noise from the other guest during bedtime, which is quite disturbing.

The property was completely remodeled. A complete kitchen lacking nothing.
The manager has a small child who was running around on the floor above. It was less than one hour. I was cold while sleeping. There was only a sheet and thin spread, no blanket. I had to use my dog's blanket from my car the second night.
