Very clean with nice soft beds. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Had my own parking spot. Room had a microwave and mini fridge with bottled water already in it. Had the entire upstairs to myself. Key codes were easy to use. The host was very pleasant and great with communication. There were two A/C units so the room was good and cold. There's a Safeway real close for food.
The people living or renting downstairs were on the noisy side at various times of the day and night. At times, banging and drilling into the wall. Maybe they were remodeling, who knows. Just bring earplugs. I always do. This was the only negative of my two night stay.

Great location, nice place, massage chair a great bonus!
Mattress could be updated. Newer towels would be nice. Entry gate gets stuck on walkway.
