Great stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, Beautiful home, great location and exactly as described, Would definitely stay here again.

Clean communal spaces. Front room is very clean as are the rooms because it is a no-shoes environment. The owner seems to do his best to keep the house clean, but no on-site manager for registering new guests. This seems to be a trend - onsite, digital lock access hotels and rental homes. The owner responded on the second ring the three times I called him. That is excellent. It is a house renting individual, very small rooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen. It was very quiet.

No onsite manager. Bookings was easy but gaining access to the house meant waiting for the owner (30 minutes). It is not a conventional hotel environment. $100 seems steep. The bed takes up almost the entire room alongside a television in the corner. This is an owner working another job. The house is his side-hustle. It seems to work since I see multiple pairs of shoes by the door - a smart policy.
