Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero ottimo. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Mostafana, il capo reception, e ad Ahmed, Mahmoud e Mahmoud: sono stati tutti estremamente professionali, gentili e sempre attenti alle nostre esigenze. Le camere erano confortevoli, con letti comodi e un bagno sempre pulito. Inoltre, la posizione dell’hotel è eccellente, nel cuore del Cairo, ideale per visitare la città. Grazie alla disponibilità dell’hotel, ci hanno aiutato con un early check-in e un late check-out, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. A nome mio e di tutta la mia famiglia, vi ringraziamo di cuore per l’accoglienza e la cortesia. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Ci vediamo presto!

Everything was great

The location is great and safe and the hotel is clean. I liked very much the two pieces of clothing daily to wash and iron. Excellent service there

The housekeeping is shocking, the kettle cord is so short you need an extension to be able to use it. One tea bag and one coffee bag in the room. No milk and no water bottles for drinking and making a hot drink. Fridge is empty and very noisy. If you use one of the hot drinks bags you do not get another one. Bathroom fan is so noisy and the provisions of bath mat and towels is minimal. I had to fix my bed sheets even after housekeeping change the sheets, no idea of how to ensure the sheets are the right size to maintain the feel of a good bed.
