    We were staying for 3 nights. The room is clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was okay but it can be improved. The only suggestion is they can clean the rooms either every day or 2 days.

    The receiptionist was very helpful and thoughful. it was not expected entrance lobby but suprisingly the room was very nice! The location was near nile river, not really hard to get uber.. worth every penny

    The hotel is in a great location for central Cairo, and the entrance is a bit shabby. Also the lift doesn't stop on the 1st floor so you have to carry your bags upstairs. The hotel is small, so no bar, but the rooms were great, very clean, and breakfast was very good, but the very friendly helpful staff really made staying here a treat.

    I’m not happy during my stay in this hotel, the hotel doesn’t have elevator!!! And you have to bring your luggage with stairs, the most i hated from this hotel is about the male staff, during my check out, he tries to scam me about asking me money for water! He said that the hotel running of bottle drinking water (which was about a complimentary 2 bottles for my stay), so he said that he brought the water from outside and using his own money, and now he tries to ask me to return the money! I reply that it supposed to be free of charge bcs we only asking for 2 bottles which is complimentay during my stay, and i also telling him that he didn’t prepared my breakfast box (i tell the check in staff 1 day in advance) and he still asking me for that money??? Unbelieveable! That’s you hotel own problem! Not mine! I was leaving with un happy, unhelpfull staff!! Definitely NOT COME BACK!
