A localização é ótima, perto do centro, de Avenidas, metrô, a equipe é muito simpática e prestativa. O café da manhã é muito bom com comidas típicas e saborosas. Eles oferecem bebida de boas vindas. Oferecem lavanderia grátis para 2 peças de roupas todos os dias. A cama é confortável. A limpeza é impecável. Tivemos um problema com barulho do ar condicionado, na mesma hora trocaram a gente de quarto para um quarto melhor. O banheiro tem banheira só não tem secador de cabelo. O quarto tem frigobar.
Única coisa que assustou um pouco mas que não causou problema é que a porta do elevador interna não existe então você vê as paredes entre os andares passando . É perigoso para crianças pequenas, que podem colocar a mão e se acidentar. Fora isso foi tudo perfeito!
