Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου, είναι σε ένα σχετικά εύκολα προσβάσιμο σημείο, ανακαινισμένο εσωτερικά, καθαρό και αρκετά καλά εξοπλισμένο.
Σημαντικό μειονέκτημα η έλλειψη ασανσέρ και η αδυναμία προσωπικής επικοινωνίας, ειδικά αν χρειαστεί κάτι (π.χ. πρόβλημα με το κλειδί εισόδου ή κάποια κουβέρτα που δεν υπήρχε στο κατάλυμα).

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή και το κατάλυμα ευρύχωρο!
Θα μπορυσε να είναι πιο καθαρό. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού από τη μια πλευρά βουλιάζε σαν να είχε σπάσει ο σκελετός του.
