L'appartement en lui même est bien. Il a été optimisé à fond sur cette petite surface. Attention, le lit est petit. Et je trouve que l escalier de la mezzanine est un peu dangereux.
Vu l'emplacement sur rue très bruyant, les 2 nuits passées ont été très courtes. Pas du tout reposés, c'est très difficile. Même avec des protections d'oreilles! Pas de volets roulants extérieurs. Il y a aussi une lumière rouge dans la cuisine qu'il est impossible d'éteindre autrement que par le disjoncteur donc plus de lumière ailleurs (pn de telecommande ?)...pas pratique !
