Smart, friendly and worth a bit extra. Showers could be better in room but all else fine.

Nice and clean room. Staff are helpful.

Great hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Only negative would be the bath tub and not enough room to have a proper shower and also be aware of the hidden government charges of €15 per day. Definitely would recommend staying there.

Club Hotel Casino Loutraki has so much potential. On the surface, it looks impressive, with a beautiful setting, grand spaces and all the ingredients to be a fantastic resort. However, once you look a little closer, it’s clear that the property is showing its age.
The rooms and facilities are quite dated and would benefit enormously from a major facelift and modernisation. There’s a sense that the hotel could be so much more with some investment and attention to detail.
The service was good overall, but not exceptional, and the food offering is probably the area that needs the most attention. There is plenty of room to improve both the quality and variety of the dining options.
Overall, it’s a good property with enormous potential, but it currently feels like it’s relying on what it once was rather than what it could be. With a significant refurbishment, a fresh approach to the food and a stronger focus on service, it could be an outstanding resort.
